wild streak fashion show!

a few weeks ago, sak's fifth avenue put on an exclusive fashion show for the marymount fashion club. it was such a wonderful event. there even had makeup artists (giving us all makeovers!) and personal shoppers (helping us find the PERFECT outfit for our body)... just for us!

nanette lepore comes to chevy chase!

last night was the nanette lepore store opening in chevy chase, maryland. i didn't end up taking pictures until the very end of the event, but at one point the store was so crowded - no one could walk ANYWHERE. everyone was shopping, laughing, dancing, sipping on the "nanette" cocktail, and eating personalized nanette cupcakes from georgetown cupcake. nanette was extremely sweet to all her clients & fans. she posed for pictures all night & thanked everyone for supporting her. overall, the night was a complete success.

when the fall comes around...

these two girls are best friends & i've come to realize that they are two of my favorite fashionistas at marymount university. everytime i see them on campus, they are wearing outfits with the best accessorizing i've ever seen. what really makes them so great is that their fashion is EYE-CATCHING and FLAMBOYANT. when you walk by them, you want to stop and look to see what they're wearing. i mean - honestly, they look they are taken straight from a page off of Vogue. everything from the cute purses, to the bracelets, boots, umbrella, & hat blend wonderfully together.
